|Joining The Parent's Mailing List|
The PA maintains a mailing list so it can communicate directly with parents. In the past all the communications were via flyers distributed to the students, but we found the flyers often didn't make it home, weren't checked, as well as being time consuming, slow and sometimes costly!
Therefore if you would like to receive the latest news from the PA, you'll need to join our mailing list. We only send emails directly related to the activities of the PA, there won't be any third party emails.
For data protection reasons, we cannot ask the Schools for parents contact details and so we would request you fill in a a short form, and return the completed form to the email@example.com address by following the easy steps below.
|How To Save Down and Complete the Form|
Right click on this link
Select 'Save Target As' and save the fill 'tofillin.xls' to your PC.
Replace --insert your childs name 1-- with the name of your first child and fill ONLY the BLUE columns.
Sample text is in rows 2 & 3 so you can see what is needed.
When you have input all the necessary information, SAVE the file and close.
Open the email account you've listed as the "Email Address to contact you"
Email firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching the completed 'tofillin.xls'
NB: Please only email us from the declared address to limit the chances of future emails from us landing in your spam folder.
